How do I know if coaching is for me?

If you are asking that question you are already part way there.

  • You've achieved a lot, have a good life, but something is missing.

Imagine coaching as a mirror for your mind - but rather than seeing your reflection we look at your thought processes, experiences, and beliefs - to learn what's holding you back and what can set you free. We all have inflection points in our lives some we miss and some we take hold of, coaching will help you decide which is which and then how to make the most of them. 

 

Coaching is a journey, not a destination and will equip you with a set of skills that you can carry into the rest of your life. By the end of our time together you will be back in control of your life, know the direction you are going and wake up feeling excited about the new day. You will have your passion back and know what truly drives and motivates you.

Working with me will require you to be;

  • Ready to be open and honest with yourself

  • Want to own your story and take charge of your life

  • Open to new ideas and perspective

  • Willing to work for the changes you want to make in life

  • Able to commit your time to regular coaching sessions and work in-between.

What I offer:

  • Sessions are client-led, I ask the questions to help you find YOUR answers.

Sessions are usually 60-120 mins, dependant on your preference, although longer 1/2 day and full-day sessions can be arranged with prior discussion.  Regular sessions are via Zoom or telephone call or face to face in the Oxfordshire area. We would require 1/2 day and full-day sessions to be face to face but would be happy to travel further for these.
